Job description

As Quality Control Engineer, you will look after quality aspects and handle quality-related questions within the Operational team for Assembly & Delivery. You will carry out the product inspections, you will contribute to solving production disruptions and you will contribute to the qualification of (new) products.

You will be part of the Quality and Product Engineering team, reporting to the Manager for Quality and Product Engineering.

Duties and responsibilities

• You will carry out inspections on products for which these are prescribed;
• You will take care of the draft inspection instructions;
• You will analyse and assess deviations in products;
• You will communicate internally and/or with suppliers about deviations in products, you will register these and ensure there is a follow-up; 
• You will take care of the implementation of the Control Plan of a product, including the control, registration and monitoring thereof;
• You will support and/or initiate actions aimed at improving performance.

Job requirements

• You have completed your technical training at least MBO level;
• Experience in a relevant (fine) mechanical/mechatronic work environment is an plus;
• You are experienced in inspecting manufactured products;
• You have sound language skills in both written and spoken English and Dutch;
• You have a proactive attitude supported by persuasiveness, an analytical mindset, customer focus and strong communication skills.
